Spanish-born Soul worker, Mentor, Doula, Childbirth Activist, Cantadora & Psychotherapist running a private practice in the conservatory of a wooden self-built house at the neck of some woods in Brighton Uk, since 2012.

Personal human deepening and development has always been a passion and a purpose commitment in my life since I was very young.

Before I arrived in the UK in 1993, I’d pursued a career in acting after graduating from Drama school in Madrid and Buenos Aires.

In 1996 I became a mother, taken by the miracle of childbirth decided to train and practice as a Doula and later as Holistic Childbirth Educator, this was a necessary activism towards claiming childbirth out of the Medical profession and back onto Women’s hands. I’ve had the honour to assist many women in labour since.

From 2002 till 2012 while a single parent of two, I lived the dream while managing, directing and fronting a nine-piece international musical project called LaXuLa with which I acquired a great deal of wonderment, organisational management skills and stress.

Since 2012, when I finished my studies as a Therapeutic Counsellor, I’ve been running a private practice at home. I am proud to have a wealth of clinical work experience in a wide range of issues like Birth, Death, Bereavement & Grief, Loss, Relationships, CPTSD, Narcissistic Abuse, Women’s issues, Men’s issues, Grief Groups, Wilderness rites of Passage, Initiation, Crisis & Psychedelic Integration. Recently, In 2022, I’ve trained as a Clinical Supervisor.

My interests since 1996 have been Shamanism, Psychedelic & MDMA guided Therapies, Mythology and Archetypal Depth Psychology, I have taken part in and begun to facilitate Wilderness Fast Rites of Passage which I believe are powerful gentle ways of restoring human health and well-being, connecting us with purpose and direction.

I believe I count on a robust emotional Intelligence, depth of presence and empathic capacity together with an ability to be calm and authentic in the midst of intense situations and emotions, I learned these skills while being at the side of many women in childbirth as a Doula, at people’s death beds and through thousands of hours of clinical work with individuals, couples and groups.

I am a warm, down-to-earth kind of person, and I’m honoured to inspire the necessary trust for people to open up.
I am personally walking a new chapter, now that I have gone through the Initiation fires of Menopause, Betrayal, Heartbreak and failure while guided by the wise hands of Grief.

I am ready and honoured to be in service to the music of what is.
